How this draft runs

Format: snake, 15 rounds, 12 teams, 180 picks. Order was randomized when the board was built.

The clock: each team gets 8 hours from the moment their pick opens. The clock is frozen every night from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Pacific — overnight hours never count against you. If it hits zero the pick goes into overtime and the shame is public, but nothing auto-picks.

Making your pick: set "You are" to your team up top. When you're on the clock, hit Draft next to your player and confirm. The pick locks, the next team goes on the clock, and the timer resets to 8:00:00 — on every device, within a few seconds. Bookmark this page \u2014 it's the one draft room for the whole league.

Mistakes: commissioner tools (bottom of the Player Pool tab) can undo the last pick or reset the clock. Don't touch them unless you're KC.
